Who we are:
a socially-led creative agency, so a deep knowledge of social media data across many platforms – Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and others – and the acquaintance with the leading social listening tools (i.e. Brandwatch, Sprinklr) to generate insights is a prerequisite of our work.
What we’re looking for:
Senior Social Insights Analyst, to work across a range of our clients across a variety of industries, including entertainment, sports and travel.
The person we’re seeking must be a socially-savvy enthusiast, with a strong grasp of excel as well as supporting the junior members of the team go beyond the numbers and providing the ‘why’ to feed into social and editorial strategies, as well as large scale campaign work. We would like someone who uses great work to inspire other great work – meaning they are comfortable speaking to a diverse range of audiences, including internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
6-8 year’s experience in digital / social agencies
Proven experience in social analytics tools (i.e. Emplifi) as well as native social platform analytics (Facebook Insights etc.)
Experience in social listening and research tools such as Brandwatch, Global Web Index
Italian and English proficiency
Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
Main responsabilities:
Managing a team on a day-to-day basis – setting and monitoring progress of work so that is in delivered on time
Ensuring there’s a narrative to all work, allowing clients to easily understand the insights presented
Supporting our internal Strategy, Editorial and Creative teams in transforming insights into world-class editorial content and social campaigns
Contract informations:
25/30h per week
PIVA (VAT) or 6/12 Months Contract
3000/4000€ Gross per month
