We are looking for a part time individual to create the media for our digital marketing and social media platforms for an active real estate company based in Canada. This individual must have a thorough understanding of Adobe InDesign & Illustrator, Photoshop or other photo editing programs. Strong editing skills and attention to detail is required. Must be proficient in the use of all aspects of Instagram including stories. Additionally, will have a strong focus on maintaining the visual consistency across all social platforms along with driving engagement and timely execution of posts.
This individual will be responsible for creating our:
Property photo feature sheets
Digital Gmail signatures with hyperlinks
Website content uploads (scripts, headshots, agent contact information, forms, etc.) in Squarespace
New agent social media templates
New listing / just sold social media templates
Posting advertisements on Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji / etc.
This person should also have familiarity with social media schedulers like Hootsuite or Buffer. Understanding SEO optimization is an asset.
Other responsibilities will be provided when required by the organization and there is potential for this role to increase in responsibility and time commitment as the company is growing quickly. This role will report directly to the leadership team.
