Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as a Part-Time Social Media Figure, responsible for managing and growing Instagram account and Facebook page.
As an Instagram Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing our online presence, and interacting with our audience to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Develop and curate visually appealing and engaging content for our Instagram account, ensuring that it aligns with our brand's voice and aesthetic.
2. Posting and Scheduling: Plan and schedule regular posts, stories, and other content to maintain a consistent presence on Instagram by using Later or other scheduling posts software.
3. Engagement and Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages with the voice of the brand, and actively participate in relevant conversations to build and nurture our online community.
4. Growth Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to increase our follower count, reach, and engagement on Instagram.
5. Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for innovative content and growth strategies.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to align Instagram content with our overall initiatives.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse Instagram analytics to identify trends, track progress, and optimise content and strategies accordingly.
8. Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to collaborate on content creation and promotional activities.
9. Brand Monitoring: Monitor and respond to online mentions, tags, and reviews related to our brand on Instagram.
10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and changes in the Instagram platform and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
1. Prior Experience: Proven experience in managing Instagram accounts, preferably in a professional capacity or as a social media influencer. Well versed in multiple channels.
2. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication: Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively and engage with a diverse online audience.
3. Creative and Visual Aptitude: Ability to create visually appealing content and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
4. Social Media Savvy: Thorough understanding of Instagram features, algorithms, hashtags, and trends.
5. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance, analyse data, and make informed decisions.
6. Flexibility and Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
7. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, requiring approximately 10 to 15 hours per week in which compensation will be commensurate with experience and performance.
