Job Description:
Job Summary:
I am looking for a “Social Media Manager” who is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals and objectives. This individual will manage the individual social media accounts, create and publish content, engage with followers, and analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the individual’s overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and publish engaging and high-quality content that aligns with the company's brand voice and tone.
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions to inform future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and make recommendations for changes to the social media strategy as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform and improve social media strategies.
Requirements:
1. Submit 1 or more proposals in PDF File. Including a word file of explanation for that proposal.
2. Create a minimum of 3 social media post samples in a size of 1080x1080. (This can be your past work, but you can submit your newly created work to stand out for other applicants).
3. And lastly, submit a proof of your work that leads your client to success.
