Social Media Manager for Luxury Fashion Brand

Job Description:
We are a luxury fashion and apparel brand based in the United States. We are looking to expand our business internationally. We have brick and mortar locations and are presently setting one up in Africa. We need to rapidly expand our online sales and believe social media is the way to do it.
The ideal candidate is a hard-working self-starter who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.
We are launching a new e-commerce site specifically for Africa. We need 1,000,000 followers in 60 days to be ready for the launch. T
We need someone who can help us post exciting and original content, and that can coordinate an influencer marketing campaign. We are looking to what Fashion Nova did in particular. The candidate must know their marketing strategy and have experience in having implemented it before. Also must have read the book "1 Million Follower" by Brendan Kane. If you are not familiar with these 2 strategies please do not apply,
We need someone who is aggressive, intelligent, experienced, and hungry. This will turn into a full time position for the right person. Must have a clear understanding of our business and brand, and be able to draft and implement a strategy using proven techniques. Must be organized and capable of tracking metrics
Responsibilities
Develop social media strategy
Create original content- content must be exciting, edgy, provocative, unique
Provide data analysis and metric reporting for clients
Organize, launch, and manage an influencer marketing strategy using the Fashion Nova template
Qualifications
Proficiency in many social media platforms
Minimum 5 years experience in social media
Experience working with a fashion and apparel company, ideally internationally
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
