In need of someone to
1) help with creating and posting on social media platforms to keep the consistency: Facebook, Instagram etc
2) Responding to people on social media platforms with questions, comments
3) Answering customers via email
4) Respond to inquiries
5)Keep full open communication with the team at all times. Be willing to explain ask any questions if they are confused.
6)Be able to follow a script or think on their feet but write down the issue and communicate immediately
7)Maintain the FAQs listings
