Social Media Marketing - Instagram (Russian Language Only)

Job Description:
Looking for a native Russian speaking professional in social media marketing specialising in Instagram Account building.
The client is a new Russian fiction writer who will be publishing their first book (hard copy and e-book).
The objective is to build her Instagram account to attract people who will be interested in buying the book.
At the same time the writer will be posting another story to the Instagram account with 200 words every day for a year.
This is a long-term project and requires a 12-month minimum commitment with a monthly billing cycle. Please quote your monthly cost in the bid.
The project must include:
- Target Audience Building
- High End Bloggers promoting the writer
- Advertising
- Online Competitions
- Collaboration
- Marathons
- Budget and Breakdown of costs
- Statistics
- etc. etc.
You must be able to evidence experience of similar projects, and blogger networking.
Please note the writer has experience of marketing and knowledge of Social Media but not the time to do the above and is looking for a manager of all of the above and not a consultant.
Your proposal should summarise your plan for the above.
