Amazon and ebay inventory and order processing

This is an auto parts related project so automotive parts lookup is a plus. We are in need of some software to process orders from Amazon and ebay and control our inventory. We sell parts that are bundled under 1 part number(kits) so the incoming order will need to expand the kit and process the individual part numbers to reduce the component inventory. Since a part can be used in multiple kits the available quantity on multiple kits may be affected by the sale of an individual component. The software should adjust these quantities and use Amazon and ebay's API to update the available inventory when an order is received.
Some components can be sourced locally and others have substitutions that can be used. These quantities would need to be reduced in the case where an alternate part number is used.
We currently have a data base with automotive applications and would like to be able to use this information(year Make Model application) to lookup the parts via a web page and display quantities available and pricing.
