create dxf file based on distances and degrees from 2d scanner

Job Description:

I have build a 2d scanner. The main goal of the scanner is to make a 2d drawing for a CNC machine. 

I got the degrees from a servo which rotates 180 degrees. For every degree I measure the distance to an object. 

From the data I want to have a drawing (dxf) which I can use to dublicate the measured object (2d) in a CNC machine. 

I need a script which can create a dxf file (for CNC machine) based on distances and degrees (from csv file) from a central point.
