Dear developers.

I would like to hire some expert developer to create a robot in DotNet Core 2.0 (Console Application).

The DotNet Core 2.0 is the most important requirement, I can not accept DotNet Standard or any other version of DotNet Core.

The robot will create 2 SQL Server tables with Entity Framework Core 2.0. One of these tables contain the robot configuration parameters, the other table contains the robots themselves, so in this table the running data will be saved.

When the console application starts, it will read the database to run threads, being each thread one robot. At this moment, the robots will do nothing.

Interested developers might request the functional / technical specification to better evaluate efforts and price.
