I am trying to link Active Campaign with SerivceM8 and Quietient.
we quote a job in quotient, then it moves along the deals in Account then is booked in serivoiceM8. I also will be using it as a measure of ROI and success of the team. When a lead comes from an account form it lands in Leads Deal.
When a lead deal is received in AC from the form it creates a lead in Quotient.
When a quote is sent from Quotient the deal in Active Campaign moves from Lead to deal sent.
When a client opens a deal it moves from Deal Sent to deal open
Then the deal enters into an automation sequence of 3 emails.
If a booking is made in ServiceM8 direct (from either a walk-in or a call) then the booking goes straight through to a deal won in active campaign.
I can do the email sequence, it's more getting the zapier working and making sure it only does a task once and not every time something happens. Also I need to add if a quote is accepted in quotient then it moves to deal won in AC.
