Looking for expert Robinhood programmer

I hired someone to program a code in python a trading bot for Robinhood. The programmer delivered the initial version, which integrates properly with my RH account. However, it is not functioning in accordance with my strategy. The programmer is no longer available so I need someone to help me make modifications on the code
It shows when the buy should be triggered and when the sell should be triggered. It also shows that when the price crosses down the 200 SMA, it should NOT trigger a buy.
What's supposed to happen is that a trade gets placed when the price goes above the 200 SMA and then sold when it's the top of the Keltner band.
Instead of that, right now the code just buys every thing below the 200 SMA
