Make a bot to automate a task

I need you to build a software with instructions to automate a task for me.
The outcome I want to achieve is to automatically add credit to about 300 prepaid phone numbers every month. For example, on the first of the month, the software is to autorun and open the excel file and manually add credit to the number one by one. It has to do this by logging into a specific website and copying the number and the top up amount listed in the excel file into the website and then entering it. After the website will say if the top up was successful and the software has to then create a report of successful or failure and to retry the step if failure. It has to do this for about 300 numbers.
Things to note:
The top up website has a captcha to bypass to log in.
You have to include instructions to run the software and ensure that future features can be added to query current account balance on another website and then use the amount given there to determine the top up amount to credit the account.
