Open Cash Drawer - RJ11 port on motherboard not on printer (.net vb)

Job Description:
We purchased some Hisense all in one computers (HK220C) and they have a cash drawer port on the motherboard for use to open a cash drawer. Usually we would have the RJ11 port on the printer and it was easy to open the cash drawer when printing (Esc p). We urgently need a solution to open the drawer via the motherboard port.
We have been given some documentation from the supplier which is enclosed herewith (has vb6 example and dll). We need a project done in visual studio community 2019 in visual basic that will compile to open the cash drawer.
Please only bid on the project if you have experience with cash drawers using a motherboard port.

Hi, I am expert in .net. I can do this in c#. But I don't have vs 2019. I have vs 2015. Hoping for positive response. Thanks Mahesh
