Responsibilities:
- Develop a software or use existing tools to mine data on commercial real estate agents operating within New York, focusing on gathering phone numbers and email addresses.
- Clean and organize the collected data into a structured and accessible database.
- Design an SMS system, integrated with the database, to send messages to all contacts using a provided phone number.
- Ensure data privacy and security measures are in place to comply with legal regulations.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the project.
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues that may arise during the course of the project.
