We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SRS Document Developer to join our team. As an SRS Document Developer, you will play a crucial role in gathering and documenting software requirements for our projects. In addition, part of your responsibilities will involve conducting Zoom-based training sessions to transfer your expertise and skills to our team members.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand software requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility.
Translate complex business needs into clear and concise Software Requirements Specifications (SRS) documents.
Develop diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual representations to enhance requirement understanding and visualization.
Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements.
Conduct Zoom-based training sessions to teach and mentor team members on SRS document development and best practices.
Review and validate SRS documents with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and obtaining necessary approvals.
Continuously update and maintain the SRS documents to accommodate changes and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular meetings, workshops, and Zoom-based sessions to gather feedback, address questions, and clarify requirements.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software requirements engineering.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing comprehensive SRS documents for software projects.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Proficiency in creating diagrams, flowcharts, and visual representations of requirements.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct effective Zoom-based training sessions.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and techniques for SRS document development.
