I am currently using accounting software named abss premier 23.80

I want to share this software with our two staff and updated information to reflect in the computer automatically.

Once one of our 3 people uses the software, I want them to be reflected in the computer of 3 of us.

The software supplier said that I have to have our own server or it can be solved by creating the folder.

Can anybody help me with this?
