Job Description:
Build a "risk assessment" that has adjustable fields and adjustable scoring that is weighted. For example, each row is a risk in question. Each row has it own scoring for inherent risk, another for risk controls, and then the residual risk score. Each question in that row has its own weight contributing to the row’s score. After all the rows are complete, there's an aggregate score, also with each row carrying its own weight.
