A Synapse data warehouse contains a view called "Job Yeild" which hold information about project cost transactions and different budgets against those jobs.
We require a form to be built in Excel which will allow the user to select key parameters like:
- Job Number
- Budget Type (Budgets available depends on what types of budgets are available for the Job)
- Posting From / To Date
- "Get Data" button
Once the user enters their parameters, and hits "Get Data" the report must be returned. In the background a connection to the synapse data warehouse should be created along with the query string with the selected parameters from the form . The report must be formatted as per the sample which will be provided. If the user wants to rerun the report they should be able to enter new parameters into the form and hit the "Get Data" button to refresh the query with new parameters and return the report formatted correctly.
