Manage, organize and present web analytics data, key metrics and KPIs.
Develop and deliver both regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for leadership to help drive decision-making.
Perform on-demand site performance and conversion analyses.
Monitor and analyze effectiveness of new features, web site changes, and marketing campaigns.
Manage workflow around tagging of new site features and functions; work with vendors to implement.
Oversee the Tag Manager implementation and integration with Analytics, as needed.
Conduct audits of content to ensure tracking tags are functioning and feeding respective reports.
Audit and troubleshoot existing implementation and/or data discrepancies while recommending solutions.
Identify data patterns, along with site usability or performance.
Provide insights and recommendations leveraging web analytics for content and campaigns.
Measure online/mobile performance and effectiveness to optimize purchase funnel.
Develop recommendations to improve funnel conversion and customer engagement including creation of a testing plan and post-test analysis with internal sponsors and stakeholders
Quickly identify causes and solutions to issues or unexpected results as identified in reporting.
Stay abreast on best practices and latest trends in web analytics.
Skills And Experience
BA/BS in economics, math, finance, engineering or other related field, advanced degree a plus.
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a technical/analytical role.
Minimum of 3 years hands on experience in web analytics.
2-3 years report development, administration, or implementation experience with web analytics tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, or WebTrends.
Experience with tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Signal, etc.
Experience collecting and analyzing data, making recommendations for improvements, changes, new initiatives.
Experience with a/b testing.
Strong analytical skills. Must be able to analyze information at both a macro level and a more detailed level and make strategic recommendations.
Must have strong problem solving skills and experience driving insights from data.
Ability to synthesize complex or diverse information.
Strong skill in creating effective performance dashboards and regularly reporting on key metrics to leadership.
Must be able to produce iterative deliverables quickly to meet business needs.
Outstanding MS Excel skills.
Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
