Job Description:
We need a structural engineer to confirm that a wall in our flat which was moved 8 years ago was a non supporting wall and that the work has not in any way compromised the structural integrity of the building. I have original drawings which show that none of the internal walls are supporting, and 8 years on there are no indications of any issues, but we need this confirmed in writing for our freeholder. Attached drawing shows the works completed.
