I need a Microsoft Exchange (on premise) expert STAT

Job Description:

My company had an admin that was relieved of duty this week and created some havoc within our Email organization. We are currently running Microsoft Exchange 2016 on premise. I dont think that there is anything WRONG per say with the Exchange host there is just not any tribal knowledge with a 10 year termed admin leaving abruptly.

Currently we are able to receive but, not send.. Replying to mail, we receive a SPF hard fail rejection but checking SPF records, its seemingly there in DNS but still receive the SPF error.

The server stopped working correctly after we removed and changed MX records due to us trying to route around our SPAM (SPAMHERO) gateway because the legacy admin took control of the gateway by changing the management to his personal email address!

I'm now 2 days in now so my lack of knowledge should be understandable.

I'm unable to login Exchange Admin Center... When I try and login with my admin creds I receive the error that is attached.

Again, I believe this will be an easy fix with the right experience...
