Small Tableau project using staff engagement data

I am looking for a Tableau expert to help me create a visual dashboard using staff engagement data. The goal of the project is to create a user-friendly dashboard that highlights areas for improvement and tracks progress over time.
Although I have a rough idea of the data categories I want to include, I am open to suggestions and would appreciate your expertise in this area.
For visualizations, I am particularly interested in a heat map format. Ideally, I am looking for a freelancer who has experience in staff engagement data analysis and visualization, as well as a strong background in Tableau. Thank you for your consideration.
