Today marked the finale of Xxxxx Program followed by ‘Dinner & Drinks’ celebration with our prestigious and happy customer. It has been a proud moment for the team that has gone ‘Beyond The Contract’ and ‘Beyond Titles’ to deliver Xxxxx the IT landscape they need to meet their business ambitions.
Some of the key projects delivered includes – Cloud ready (both Google & Azure), Cloud Readiness Assessment, Office 365 services, migration to Microsoft Exchange 2016, improved optimization and scalability by uplifting Citrix and AD services, enhanced client experience by moving to Windows 10, several improvement initiatives around ‘Client handling’ and ‘Desktop managed’ services, a modernized self-service customer portal, elevating existing monitoring suites and tools-stacks thereby enabling information insight via internet and mobile devices, augmenting customer infrastructure to a new and improved security services via SIEM and QRadar, improvised operator access management to Xxxxx’s data and renovation of customer infrastructure through a complete clean-up/revamp of the firewall Infrastructure.
And the customer transformation journey continues…….with new orders to transform customer’s LAN infrastructure to a Wireless LAN based solution. What began with a pilot in Lysaker is now spanning across to customer office’s across Nordics and Europe. I wish Stein-Tore, Claudio and IBM/CISCO all the luck in this exciting project.
