We are a B2B software company selling to the tourism and leisure/sports activity providers.
We are looking for a Sales Agent to call leads in America (NorthAmerica in English and Central-SouthAmerica in Spanish) to obtain appointments for software demos made by other staff. You will also need to manage and grow your leads through prospecting and tracking business leads.
Your tasks will be:
• Creation and maintenance of list of prospects
• Prospecting by VOIP calls. Short outbound calls to obtain appointments for demos. Each appointment booked will add a bonus fee on top of base salary.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Interaction with teams, both commercial and technical
• Proven experience of at least 1 year with cold calling
• Great communication skills, control of sales and negotiation techniques
• Perseverance and resistance to frustration
• Good level with IT tools (Excel, CRM, etc.)
• Native Spanish
• Fluent in English. Excellent at talking/calls in English.
• Knowledge of our market (tourism/leisure) is beneficial
