Seeking inside customer service professional to return inbound call messages and email requests.
Your main duties revolve around returning phone calls left on our voicemail and emailing follow-up responses. On the call you are simply letting them know we have received their message and that they can anticipate an email. On about 5% of the calls you will be scheduling appointments.
TIME & LOCATION
Work from your office or home office.
5 Hours per week. 1 – hour per day each weekday (Monday through Friday)
Professional and friendly attitude with good phone presence.
Comfortable working with and adding notes to a CRM
Knowledge of Zendesk a plus but not required.
