Community Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP) Direct Marketing Campaign Brief
We need the contact details for the person responsible for Sustainability projects in each of the local government offices in Victoria ([url removed, login to view]) - no selling required, just get the contact details from receptionist.
The purpose of gathering these details is to email/post a letter introducing our product (energy efficient LED street lighting) and suggesting that we work together on an application for the federal government's Community Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP) (this mailout work is not part of this project)
You should call each office and get those contact details from the receptionist. You should also ask for if there are any other people involved with applying for or project planning for the federal government Community Energy Efficiency Program (CEEP) and get those contact details also. We want the contact details to be able to send to the relevant people information on what we can offer for them in relation to applications for government grants under the CEEP program.
Contact details should include as far as possible: Full Name. job title, postal address (usually the same as the local government office so you just need to confirm), email address and direct phone number.
The contact details should be supplied in an excel worksheet (template to be provided) Correct spelling is absolutely vital - any spelling errors will render that contact invalid. Payment will be for full contact details for at least one main contact at each local government/council office - spot checking will be done to confirm validity. If contact details cannot be found for a particular council this will result in a proportional reduction in the fee. If multiple valid/relevant contacts are found these will result in a proportional increase in the fee - BUT they must be involved in the planning or preparation of an application for a CEEP grant - and this will be checked.
It will be necessary to have some familiarity with the CEEP program in order to successfully complete the project - so check the online information.
We (Ecovist) is a Victorian based company that specializes in renewable energy and energy efficient public (street) lighting. Our website is being updated and currently does not have any information about our LED lighting products. Information on the energy efficient street lighting products can be found at :([url removed, login to view]) In particular there is a new 80w light that can replace a standard 200w mercury vapor street light - the receptionist should not be interested in this, but it's probably good to know just in case.
