Job Description:
We are looking for an aggressive sales person to call leads we provide for people looking for jobs. It’s your job to make 40-50 outbound calls per day, talk to candidates who have applied for the job, vet them and make sure they are qualified and then complete an online application with them.
We supply leads by posting on job boards and candidates respond. You must first qualify the candatate and then see if they want the job. You will than have them do an application.
It's your job then to follow up several times to make sure they are going to show up once the job is offered to them.
Looking for someone to work 40 hours per week. Excellent english speaking voice is a must and must be good at forming trust with the applicant and getting them excited about the job.
Must have high quality internet service and be ok using dialpad app to make calls.
