This is Astred Infotech a Branch Office of Brownsofts LLC Texas, We are working on USA Outbound Sales TeleCalling Project for a Website Development Company offering a free Website to various businesses with a Small initial fee and Maintenance fee, We are 5 team members now. Responsibilities: -

• Manage large amounts of calls on time.

• Follow communication “scripts” when handling customer calls.

• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.

• Keep records of all conversations.

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• On International call center: 1 Year (Required) (Preference for Higher Experience)

Timing: -

• FIXED NIGHT SHIFT (8 hours working + 1-hour break).

• FIXED SATURDAY & SUNDAY WEEK OFF.

Location: -

• Astred Infotech, Railway Road, Near AG Church, Subham Building, Panamkalai Kaliakkavilai, Kanyakumari District, (Nearer to Parassala, Trivandrum District, Kerala)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Somewhere Near Kaliakkavilai, Kanyakumari District, Tamilnadi Or near Parassala Trivandrum District, Kerala)
