Telemarketer/Cold Caller (Sales & Lead Generation) Job

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated telemarketer/cold caller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sales by making outbound calls to potential clients and promoting our digital marketing services.
This is an interesting role where you will develop sales & communication skills which get rewarded with high package salaries provided you really build those skills within you.
The primary goal is not to sell anything but to get the interest of the customer and to schedule an appointment with our sales manager.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on cold calling prospective clients and introduce our digital marketing services
2. Identify potential clients and set up sales appointments (training will be given)
3. Follow up with leads through phone and email
4. Reach and exceed daily, weekly & monthly targets
5. Maintain accurate records of all sales and leads generated
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies for lead generation
7. Provide feedback and recommendations for improving the sales process
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
Skills & Requirements:
1. Interest & comfort with telemarketing and cold calling & a passion for sales & success
2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (preference will be given if you have US or UK English accent)
3. Sales objectional handling in the call
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
6. Familiarity with US and UK markets is preferred
7. Basic computer skills and knowledge of sales tools (e.g. CRM)
8. Your own laptop with a high-speed internet connection & a microphone with flawless communication with us & customers
9. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior similar experience in their previous internships or jobs with & US/UK English accent

1. This is a complete work-from-home remote job opportunity where you might need to do nightshift because our target audience is located in Location: US, UK, and Canadian regions
2. You will directly work with & report to our chief sales manager
