High quality 20 second animation for a superhero character

Job Description:
This is a 3D animation!
I would like to create a generic motion of a superhero fiction character (I have already the model in Blender)
The character will fly similar to movie scenes

1) The character is in Blender (fully rigged) and needs professional surfacing (making it more realistic looking with the ability to change colors ... ). Redraw some of the suit details. The character looks like IronMan from infinity war (Mark 50 suit). There is no facial modeling. Optimize the character poly count and reduce unnecessary vertices (decimate modifier).
2) The animation: the character will start flying similar to superman (man of steel). Then the booster wings will show up later. You will animate the character and add smoke from the engines, flying trails, sonic boom and necessary effects. The flying trajectory of the character looks like a curve. This trajectory should be easily adjustable. You can also provide me with tutorials of how to customize the trajectory. You will provide me with all the poses to create the animation in the file with a transparent background.
3) Use the background scenes from the 4K file (will upload it) for rotoscoping (replace man of steel character with my 3D model created in blender) and having a real environment as a background
The 3D model does not have a cap instead had booster wings with jet thrusters. Use particle simulator to add the effect of these thrusters.
Keep track of the process of creation videos as tutorials
This project requires strong knowledge in Blender and adobe after effects or Davinici resolve, Use physics and particle simulator effects in Blender. In all cases, you have to know Blender 2.8. You may use Maya instead of Blender but you will have to teach me and re-work my Blender file. This is NOT illustrator animation. Read the project carefully
