Create a CAD design from some pictures

Job Description:
Given some pictures of a device, I need a CAD design showing the structure and a rendering similar to the pictures provided. This device is an X- Y- Z- position measurement system control by step motors and has a sensor to measure the magnetic field in 3 dimensions. Its use is for automatically map the magnetic field of solenoids.
