Realistic 3D building model for ARKit

I am creating AR app that should visualize a building model on a table. I have an OBJ file of the model + textures, i need it to be as much REALISTIC as it can and it should be compatible with ARKit (OBJ,DAE,SCN).
I attached model image (as viewed in xcode), for example the roof looks solid as well as the side walls.
Basically i am looking for a graphics designer that can make it REAL for ARKit. With (the simplest) ARKit demo app, so i could test the model inside the app.
Any additional materials will be supplied.
