Im making a game similar to "State of Decay 2" In game building/getting resources like "Ark &Fortnight" (thinking spending about $20 for uBuild from asset store!!)

I need someone to be able to write C# w/Visual Studio.
For mining Rocks and Trees, Once trees are mined, chance tree instance to a ' Tree Stump' Tree stumps can regrow into full trees to be mined again. If mining 'Tree Stump' destroy tree entirely.
Goals (Like AI Designer Pro)
I want to be able to have enemy's if hungry is low to eat other animals or w.e it can find even other enemy's if cant find 'player' (If able to eat self that be cool)
World Spawn/Manager (Similar to Population Engine)
I want to populate my would and with the manager keep track of how many spawned so we dont over load world with to many Animals/Enemy's.. I would like to have something like 'public int xx , If 100 animals in world dont spawn anymore. So every time i kill 1 , 1 new will spawn somewhere, kill 5, 5 will spawn etc..
Invector Shooter comes with Melee AI, the only thing about this is once you kill them there body remains forever. it has a If Die's event but i dont have code for if die destroy instance but i would like to have body remain for few mins or until you leave a great distance from it IDC which one if not both.
Also something i can do but move slow on is a Main Menu, And making menu buttons that allows xbox controller to select. i made a script for it but im not 100% sure its working ill check it out later but if able someone that can do this as well.
