Job summary:

BlueOptima are moving to new offices in mid-town Phoenix. You will be project managing the move and office fit out.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management, including the successful initiation, plan, designs, control, monitor and closure of a strategic project for an office fit out and move. You will be dealing with vendors to ensure smooth delivery of the project.

Responsibilities and day-to-day:

Project manage of all aspects of the office move (including governance and reporting);

Capturing data for business requirements and user requirements

Effective management of the external suppliers and vendors

Timely delivery of management of move, before and after

Engagement and facilitation of meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and reporting

Logistics and administration of for stakeholder management

Communication of project deliverables regularly

Management oversight of supplier project plans and performance management of suppliers

Previous experience preferred:

Project Management experience with buildings, estates moves.
