Convert Training materials into Adobe LMS training modules

Job Description:
Looking for someone with experience on Adobe Learning Manager (Captivate) to convert our existing training documents and videos into learning modules for our application users and internal staff. This requires an evaluation of the existing training materials and planning how to convert the content into blended learning modules. This includes multimedia content plan, if you have experience creating videos/training animations/slides this will be a plus (we don't have to go through our marketing team to develop this). We require our training materials to be broken down into smaller bite sized modules which our users can take and get certification on. Our internal SMEs and content writers will work with you/your team to develop and refine the materials.
