Description:

We are looking for experienced Trainers who are passionate about training professionals in reaching successful outcomes by meeting given tangible targets. Candidate must be diligent in his/her work making sure that the trainees learn well & outcomes are achieved. The tasks are governed by KPIs & paid as per the measure of time. Hence, the candidate is expected to deliver fast & demonstrate to the team to function at a faster pace to be able to deliver quality outcome & finish the task/target in a certain period of time. Excellent team management & target driven approach is needed for the trainer to work successfully.

A corporate trainer is an experienced educator. Your abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field. Organizational skills & a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess.

The goal is to promote efficiency & competitive advantage by developing the skills of personnel.

Note : All of the trainings to be performed should have outcomes/productivity.

Fields :

1 Reservation officer Training some body that is going to train regarding reservation, cloud birds Allocating properties beds & rooms.

2 MailChimp : digital marketing happening through mail chimp ,

3 zardarma Trainer

4 Head office bitrix24 trainer , customer support

5) Data collection : able to train webscraping Cleaning & sorting databases.

6) Training for freelancing boards ( Upwork, Fiverr & freelancer.com)

7) Recruitment training

8) VA trainer

9) Personal assistant trainer

10) Reputation managent trainer.

Responsibilities -

Liaising with managers to determine training needs & schedule training sessions

Designing effective training programs

Conduct workshops, team & individual training sessions etc.

Prepare educational material such as ppt files, workflows, job matrix etc.

Support & mentor new service providers

Keep attendance & other records

Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement

Monitor performance & response to training

Creating & assigning a demonstration assignment to the trainees at the end of the 3rd training session

Generating reports for each & every trainee & ensure the trainees performance enhances by 10%

Liaising with Compliance team for regular scheduled compliance

Requirements & skills:

Candidates are expected to possess:

Proven 5-10 years’ work experience in your field training

Proven track record of training teams & generating outcome from each team member

Strong communication, interpersonal & reporting skills

Numeracy, accuracy & attention to detail

Strong analytical & psychometric skills

Exceptional time management skills & be able to train a batch within the timeline of 3 to 5 sessions

Intermediate to Advanced level experience with MS Office & certain CRM systems (Bitrix24)

Excellent written & oral skills

Excellent command of the English Language is a must

Task Details:

Please specify your field of expertise & the department you can give training to. (Reservations trainer, MailChimp, Zadarma, Bitrix Trainer, Customer Support, Data collection trainer, Trainer for Freelancing boards e.g. upwork, Trainer for recruitment, Virtual/personal assistance trainer etc.)

This is an assignment based position that would be paid on hourly basis at USD 9 per hour.

Timings: CET working hours
