Researching websites, articles and publications and adding appropriate contacts to CRM.
On-going visiting of client websites to obtain new contacts to add to our CRM.
Contacting database contacts to verify/update contact details.
Assist with other project work as required where necessary.
Support the effective and efficient delivery of the day-to-day business.
Demonstrable experience in a similar role at an equivalent level. Knowledge of CRM systems.
All aspects of MS OfficeGood understanding of working with databases.
Data entry experience.
Ability to manage a changing workload.
Ability to multitask and deal with conflicting priorities.
Quick learner and the ability to learn new skills and systems.
Attention to detail.
Good written and verbal English.
Great experience using Google spreadsheets.
Highly organized with excellent time/task management.
