
Twilio Asterisk integration with IVR Flow

Hi there,
I have Twilio and VitalPBX (Asterisk server).
I need the following flows to be created:
1- An IVR flow via Twilio studio
• 1 for Sale
• 2 for Technical Support
• 3 for Order follow up
- After any of the above extensions are dialled, the call needs to be forwarded to the corresponding ring group of Asterisk extensions. If the dialler doesn't dial any extention, the call will be automatically forwarded after a cetrain time to operator ring groups.
- At any time a caller can request a call-back by dialling a number.
- Extensions can define a number (e.g. their mobile number) and have all outgoing and incoming calls originated/terminated to/from their mobile phone
2- After a call is finished, the call transcript and call summary (by calling chatgpt API and asking to summarize the call) must be made available.
3- In the last step, a rest API will be called (the syntax will be given to you) to create the call journal on our CRM platform (Odoo). The following data needs to be passed for each call
a. Call unique ID on Twilio
b. Call unique ID on asterisk
c. Caller
d. Callee
e. Dialled extension (1,2,3). Pass -1 if the caller hasn't dialled any digits.
f. Final destination (final extension the call was forwarded to)
g. Call data and time
h. Call type (incoming, outgoing, internal, voice mail)
i. Call status (Answered, No Answer)
j. Call duration
k. Call recording (A URL of the call recording with all authentication parameters so the file can be accessed/played directly on our CRM system without having to login to access/listen to the recording)
l. Call transcript
m. Call summary
**: Access to ChatGPT API to summerize the call will be given.
**: Instead of dialling a digit on IVR, the caller can say the extension name (e.g. "support").
**: At this stage, the IVR recording can be made by Twilio text to speech engine.
**: Call flow management (Including call back flow) needs to be done by Twilio and only forwarded to the relevant sip extensions on Asterisk server at the end of the flow.
