It is past time that I put together a comprehensive communication system, and I need some guidance as to the best way of doing it.
We are a group of 4 people that will grow to 10 people within a year.
We all use our cell phones for all communication.
I need a system that will do the following:
• Outgoing calls
o Allow each employee to use their own cell phone to make outgoing calls, but have it show on the caller id Zoom Mortgage Pros, Inc. 951 336-8100 or The Reverse Mortgage Guys (855) 727-8100. I know there are some 3rd party apps that can be used… please advise.
• Incoming calls
o If incoming call has been called by us in the last 72 hours route incoming call directly to device that made calls (is this even possible?)
o Be able to record them
o Don’t know if we need IVR (what are the ongoing costs once created) but would like something like is found on 951 482 8855 (our current system)
o Be able for customers to leave voice messages
o Convert those to text messages and send.
o We want to have the ability for user of our website to chat directly with me on my cell device. We had looked at missive, but have not moved forward on anything but installing.
• Our Software
o We have a text feature on Salesforce (we work under the Jungo) that allows us to send SMS… I would like to use the same phone numbers as our outgoing calls on this.
I do not expect a bid on this as there are likely more requirements after we have chatted. What I am looking for is someone that I can work with to build this communication and who I can turn to in the future as changes are needed.
