Create a load balancer for BigBlueButton API

Hello,
We need to create a load balancer for BigBlueButton API. The load balancer would detect to which server relay the HTTP call. It will also have an administration dashboard.
We would like to do it with moleculer, typescript and NATS if possible,
Any other technology suggestion is welcome.
The delay is two week in two phases. One week per phase.
