My goals will require several projects. Ultimately I want to build a MMO crafting survival game. Similar games on Steam: 7 Days to Die, Rust, Ark: Survival Evolved.

Project 2: Playable alpha game with these features:
Player can explore the island, gather/harvest resources, build basic tools, weapons and a home base. Technology starts with savage items like campfires and stone axes, and builds up to smithed items like swords, platemail and with the top level being gunpowder with simple flint-lock pistols. Think caveman to pirates. I will provide a full item list. KEY FEATURE: There is a special resource called unobtainium. Once gathered, it doesn’t go into the player inventory. Instead, it is an account-based resource like experience points. Once a week, there must be a spreadsheet created with all account names and their associated unobtainium gathered. This database is extremely important.
Project 3: Expand on the game. Increase the map size. Add more diverse resources and craftable items. Add lots of creatures, many of which are tamable, breed-able, ridable, and controllable. Add 2 advanced classes accessible by players who choose to upgrade their accounts. Upgraded accounts will have 3 characters, 1 of each class.
Project 4: Add instanced minigames accessible outside of the normal game world. Each minigame should have it’s own small map, with a match making system for players to battle online. This will be discussed in greater detail.
Later Projects: In general, there will be more features added such as vehicles, advanced technology, magic, more creatures etc…I also want to make it possible for other people to create “unofficial mini-games and mods”
