3D painting and baking for Unity Backgammon game

I am looking for a skilled 3D artist to create and bake 3D assets for my Unity Backgammon game. The project requires a medium-poly level of detail with a stylized design. The 3D assets will be used for the mobile platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating 3D assets for mobile games and will be able to work efficiently to meet project deadlines. Knowledge of Unity and the ability to optimize assets for performance is a plus.
I'm a developer myself but I don't have much skills on 3D modeling and painting. I want to make a backgammon game in Unity. I have created the board and checkers in Sketchup, the only 3D modeling software I can do something however when I try to paint exported meshes in Substance Painter, everything gets messed up because of UV maps probably. I need someone who could achieve the results in the attachment. You'll also see what I could achieve so far. I'll be applying like opening, closing animations to the board and checkers too, like displayed in attachment. Please let me know your professional opinion. I separated some parts of the model to apply shaders for focusing effects etc..
