Software development in Unity 3D, php and C# project

Hello and hope you are all well! I am seeking for a Unity 3D expert that has good experience in using C# for front and php for back. I would like to create a simple management system for which I have the base and I can send you the exact details via chat and after discussion. Previous experience and samples of work will be most welcomed.

Apart from the commented final scripts and unity project files we will need a technical report with step-by-step development (+screenshots +code presentation), testing, calibration, final results and user manual. Therefore a good command of english is wanted as well.
