Unity3d Animation Function for Match3Grid

I am looking for someone to help me animate a list of gameobjects to a location. This is for a match3grid type of game in c#. Using Unity 2021.2.18f1
Create a function that will move all the selected gamepieces in the grid to the destination position which would be a random basket for sample purposes.
The animation function will have several inputs.
• GamePieces: List of pieces to move. You can access the gameObject of the gamepiece by calling piece.gameObject.
• DestPosition: Destination the game pieces should move to.
• ScaleTo: Controls the scaling the gamepieces should scale down to.
• If you feel I need additional inputs to mimic the behavior below please add them.
Events:
• Each time the gamepiece makes it to the destination I need an event called. You can call it OnPieceMoveTo.
I am attaching the project you will build this functionality into. YOU MUST USE MY PROJECT. The way game pieces are selected is by clicking and dragging onto a few pieces and release the mouse button. The function should get called.
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART
The behavior of the movement should mimic how selected cookies are moved in the game Cookie Cats. I suggest you review videos on the movement of cookies

Additionally download the game and select cookies in the grid and see how the movement is done. If you gave me something different than the movement than what’s in this sample game I wont except the release of the milestone.
The last developer did a very poor job and he was paid. It was my loss and I won't take another loss. I do not want developers who think they are Unity developers. I want an experienced game developer who considers this take easy and codes it properly.
The approach how you code this animation and path technique is up to you. If you feel you can complete this task, feel free download attached project and code this and send me a video.
