Unity 3d Horse racing working demo

Hi, I am looking for an expert Unity developer to develop a working demo of a virtual horse racing game. The scope is to provide a configurable game that will let a number of horses to compete against each other.
It must interface with an api I have already calling a method on the agent Update method to set the speed/acceleration of the agent itself.
For the scope of the working demo a simple capsule can be used and the [login to view URL] namespace. Each agent will have a starting position (they will all start on a line like flat races) and a goal, represented as the finish line.
Race need to be configured with starting position of each horse and distance to goal.
The race course should be selected from a list and I would need at least 3: a 1mile straight, one with a right turn and one with a left turn. That could be a simple area, at this stage I don't need any rendering.
