Unity3D multiplayer feature for android game prototyping

Job Description:
I am currently building framework of my game. The framework is made in Unity and the game will be release in mobile platform. When my framework has finished, I will send it to you so that you can implement the multiplayer feature. I expect the networking solution from Photon Fussion/Mirror/FishNet. The multiplayer features include: Friend list, Leaderboards, visiting other people/friend decorated room, and the ability to vote for the room.

I want this feature similar like Genshin Impact where you can enter other people world, but in a much smaller scale. I just want every player can see other player world/room. The room size is as big as the player screen; think of it as you visiting your friend living room. In the room, the room owner can put furniture to decorate the room; in this case, the furniture would be colored primitive cubes that originated from personal storage. The player can also give a vote for other player room so that the player with most vote will be in a leaderboard.
