UE4/5 rework postprocess material

Looking for someone who is well versed in HLSL materials and/or shaders in the context of Unreal Engine

In simple words, you need to add a filter to the post-process material that will filter the texture.

Why it is not filtered by the engine is a separate story, which I will tell in detail when discussing this task to the performer.
