UX Design of the User Dashboard

We are building an AI-based tool that interacts with the person and gives him analysis and feedback on communication and content skills. This is presented to the end user in the form of a report and dashboard. We have a very basic version of the report which can be seen by testing the tool at pitch.optilife.ai.
We are looking for a UX designer who can improve the UX design making it more user-friendly and interactive. The design would be needed for both Desktop and Mobile interfaces. In total, there should be about 4-5 screens. We would be providing the Figma files of the current UX. We would prefer a custom design to ensure the dashboard is unique to my business.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong UX design skills
- Experience designing user dashboards and analytics
- Proficiency in design software such as Sketch or Figma
- Ability to understand and interpret data to inform design decisions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with our team and incorporate feedback.
