Current woocommerce project to also integrate SHOPIFY -- Using Flat Files (Random Access)

Job Description:

We have a Point of Sale program which uses flat files (random access files) for it’s stock control module. The POS system is written in .Net Visual Basic and what we require is to integrate this stock file to the Shopify database. (using their API). Currently the module is updating only woocommerce database.

You must be very proficient in .net vb and know how to use the SHOPIFY API well.

You will have to use Visual Studio 2022 community is recomended with framework 4.8

So for example we have a stock plu codes which is 1-2/1-3/1-4 etc this code with a few of it’s contents must be updated to the Shopify database.

The contents to be updated from the flat(random) stock file to the Shopify database is the following fields :-

In stock :

WEB MAIN CATEGORY :

WEB SUB CATEGORY :

WEB DESCRIPTION :

WEB REGULAR PRICE :

WEB SALE PRICE :

Also from the Random Access file you got to look at the Sizing field ; if the sizing field is yes than you must populate the size in the Shopify website according to the size matrix field.

1) [login to view URL](see attachment) which is the test project with source code and required files. - please unzip to root c:\

==> Project is in .net directory and is in folder shopify

2) The [login to view URL] file (to be used to create new stock codes etc) no source code for this. Important :- When asked to set number of terminals set to 4 and operator number is 1 and password is 1234

What is required :-

1) The SHOPIFY project must be used and modified to be able to update to the Shopify database

2) You will have to create a test SHOPIFY store and use its credentials

What has already been programmed.

1) Integration with woocommerce and the forms for it - this same forms must be used for Shopify integration
